  • Will your MacBook cases fit all MacBook models?
    No, due to different models and sizes, they are not compatible with the same case. You should double check your MacBook model before you purchase. To ensure that you are ordering the correct case, please check our Model Size Guide to ensure that your MacBook is included on our fit list.
  • How do I clean my MacBook case?
    We do not recommend you clean the case. It will cause finger print and color off. Please keep in mind that we do not warrant our product for finish damages caused by any type of cleaning or attempts at cleaning. If you are unable to remove a stain by using water, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
  • How do I clean my bag?
    The sleeve is cleanable by hand wash. Please do not use machine for cleaning your bag. We do not replace bags for staining or improper washing. Any questions on cleaning specific stains should be directed to a professional dry cleaner.
  • What should I do if I think this item is defective?

  • Where can I find instructions on how to apply, remove, or troubleshoot one of your cases?"

  • I need to change or cancel my order, what do I do?"

  • Does iBenzer accept outside design/product idea?
    Yes. We've welcome outside idea to help us improve our service and more.
  • How long does it take you to response to emails?
    We promise all emails will be responded in 24 hours.
  • How can I get a discount for my case?
    The discount on case is only for selected customers.
  • I would like to resell your item, how do I do that?"
    We expect customer for no reason return, however by our police we are not allow the customer sell their iBenzer Product by themselves.
  • Does the Apple Logo shine through clearly, or is it fuzzy and hard to see clearly?"
    Transparency is different from color to color, Black and Gold are nontransparent.
  • Is the clear color a frosted one or crystal one?
    We have both Frosted and Crystal clear.
  • How long does it take to ship?
    It will take 3-7 days for delivery. It is also various depending on when you placed the order, it might take up to 1-3 business days before your order getting shipped. Note: Our warehouse is closed on the weekends and on U.S. Holidays.
  • How do I return my product for a refund?
    Please contact our customer service regarding your issues at cs@ibenzer.com. Be sure to provide your order ID.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Sorry, we do not provide international shipping.
  • What are your shipping charges?
    The shipping is for free if you choose standard shipping service. Express shipping service for 2-5 days costs $5.
  • I did not receive my package, what should I do?"
    Please contact our customer service at cs@ibenzer.com regarding this issue. Be sure to provide your order ID and tracking number.
  • Where can I track my order?
    Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number and you can track your order online.
  • What should I do if I am having shipping delays/issues?

  • What is your return policy?
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Return within 30 days of receipt in the unused and original condition. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price -We are not liable with inbound and outbound shipping fee for reasons not due to our error
